I read a treadmill success story online and it really motivated me - so I thought, "Hey, it might motivate you too!". Here it is. BTW, it is completely true.A 43 year old politician from Canada who was 5'8" and weighed between 230 and 240 pounds started going on the treadmill. It was difficult in the beginning. After running on the treadmill for approx. 6 months, he was able to do 3 miles. Not long after that he went down to 185 lbs. And he has maintained his weight. How many miles did he do on the treadmill? Well, he did an average of 3-4 miles daily. He has incredible discipline and some years he never missed a single day. He does not pay much attention to his diet. (I don't recommend this, since a healthy diet plus regular exercise is necessary... but I'm just repeating a story here.)The moral? Using the treadmill (even with poor eating habits..) definitely helps you to lose weight.Get your treadmill
